When will my order ship?
We ship daily Monday through Friday. Items purchased before 3pm Mountain Time will ship same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.

What shipping method do you use?
All items ship UPS ground unless otherwise stated.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
We guarantee delivery within 7 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for UPS to enter your tracking info into their database.

Is a signature required at delivery?
Most items do not require a signature, however all items over $250 will require a signature.

Can I have an item shipped to another address?
Yes you may. If shipping address is different than billing address, please specify the ship to address at checkout.

What are shipping prices per order?
Shipping prices vary per item. Shipping costs are listed in item detail pages.

Why didn't my whole order arrive at the same time?
All items in your order were shipped at the same time, so this is likely due to UPS. Any missing items should be delivered within a day or two.

My order is missing pieces. What should I do?
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately.

I received my package damaged by UPS. What should I do?
If UPS has caused damage to your package, please hold onto all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will file a damage claim with UPS, and they may need to inspect the original packaging.

Do you ship outside the continental US?
Please call us at 801-479-1997 if you wish to place an order outside of the lower 48.
