Kito Sports' products are warranted against manufacturer's defects for the length of time indicated below. All Kito Sports warranties are valid only within the United States.
- Kito Sports Enclosure: 90 days warranty against manufacturer's defects.
- Kito Sports Tent: 90 days warranty against manufacturer's defects.
- Kito Sports Safety Pads: 6 months warranty against manufacturer's defects.
- Kito Sports Mats: 2 Year warranty. Applies only to the outer edge of stitching that attaches the v-rings to the bed.

What is the difference between the standard and ultra trampoline pads?
Our Ultra trampoline pads are specially crafted to our specifications and are designed to withstand cold, moisture, and sun. These use a heavier vinyl which is UV coated, cold-crack protected, and has an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial coating. Our standard pads are replacement pads exactly like those that come with many consumer trampoline models. The vinyl is a bit thinner and is not weather protected, but is still a great value for the price.

If a size is not listed on our website, it means we do not carry that item/size.
How do I measure my trampoline?
To determine trampoline size, please measure the diameter directly across the outer rim of the frame.
How do I measure my trampoline mat?
To determine mat size, please measure the diameter directly across the the surface of the mat, not including the rings. Our mats measure 12' or 144" and are designed for 14' trampoline frames.
How many v-rings do the mats have?
Our mats have 96 v rings sewn into the mat. They require trampolines with 96 springs.
How do I measure my trampoline springs?
To determine spring size, please measure the spring from tip to tip, including the hook.
What is special about the Ultra Bounce springs?
UltraBounce springs feature a cross-over center for extra bounce and safety. They are also heat treated and stress relieved for top spring memory and anti-breakage.
What is the diameter of the Ultra Bounce springs?
The diameter of each spring is 1".
How do the safety pads connect to the trampoline?
The safety pads are tied onto the trampoline using the sewn-in nylon straps.
What is your return policy?
If you aren't satisified with your purchase, you may return it in its resaleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
